Two years of exercise & better eating

Yesterday marked two years of consistent exercise and better eating, and I’m starting to reap the benefits.

Key outcomes:

  • ⚖️ Maintaining a healthy weight approx. 78kg (a loss of 15kg)
  • 🧠 Improved mental health
  • ☑️ Improved focus, productivity and motivation
  • 💪🏽 Stronger, fitter and increased physical and mental resilience
  • 🏋🏽‍♂️ Almost no back problems (and reduced pain and faster recovery)
  • 💕 Still married (and much happier)
  • 🙌🏽 Still alive
