Yesterday marked two years of consistent exercise and better eating, and I’m starting to reap the benefits.
Key outcomes:
- ⚖️ Maintaining a healthy weight approx. 78kg (a loss of 15kg)
- 🧠 Improved mental health
- ☑️ Improved focus, productivity and motivation
- 💪🏽 Stronger, fitter and increased physical and mental resilience
- 🏋🏽♂️ Almost no back problems (and reduced pain and faster recovery)
- 💕 Still married (and much happier)
- 🙌🏽 Still alive
